Recipe time on Growing up gluten free

Hey I have read a lot of food blogs so I decided to make my own. Now here is one of my favorite I created it myself it's gone in  matter of seconds with kids begging for another.

So here is my recipe for fudge:

Things you need: One bowl, one bag of mini marshmallows or two jumbo, and a bag of chocolate chips (I prefer Ghirardelli's)

Directions: First take your bowl and pour 1 cup of chocolate and 1 cup of marshmallows  then put them in the microwave for ten seconds open then put it in for ten more. Grease a pan while you microwave then twirl the fudge and put in pan, repeat until pan is full. Put in fridge for an hour then it's ready to eat.

Yay thanks to Germany!!

Hey it's the kid and I'm super excited because I finally got a page view from another country!! Yes I know it's super cool right? So the country of my first international page view is ........ Germany!!!! now in honor of this achievement I will now write a brief gluten free history of Germany.

Before WW2 many people in Germany had been sick all of their lives. But the once world war 2 started there was  shortage of bread in Germany. Then instead of being sick the people in Germany were fine and not sick to their stomachs. There you have it one of the first finding of gluten intolerences in Germany. :D

My older twin of celiac

Hey guys it's the kid I hope you have some comments about this post.

Have you ever found a celiac twin. Well today at school I did. I took my first middle school speech class for studdering. Well, it was amazing what happened. So another teacher came in for some pineapple upside down cake. So the teacher asked me if I wanted some. but sadly I had to say no then i said sorry I have a gluten intolerance called Celiac Disease. So then both teachers my speech teacher and another speech teacher said i have a intolerance of gluten too and my speech teacher turns out to have celiac. So then for the entire speech class we shared things about ourselves. And guys I have to say this she is ME. For every single question asked same answer it was soo cool.
